Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.
